*Please note you MUST register as a Full-Conferee in order to attend an IN-PERSON short course.
**Proof of valid full-time student ID and reference from your professor due at time of registering for a course. 
Space for students has limited availability based on specific course.
*** Price includes breakfast, buffet lunch and 2 coffee breaks.

There is a $100 discount for each additional short courses taken by one attendee.  This discount does not apply to Full-Time Students

Registration descriptions are as follows:

  • Full Conferee: Includes the Technical & Poster Sessions, Exposition Area, Employment Bureau, Career Development Workshops, Keynote Lecture, and an EAS Souvenir.
  • Exposition/Networking/Posters: Includes access to the Exposition Area, Employment Bureau, Career Development Workshops, Poster Sessions, Keynote Lecture and an EAS Souvenir. Does not include the opportunity to register for Short Courses or attend the full Technical Program.
  • Wednesday ONLY Full Conferee: Includes all of the Technical & Poster Sessions on Wednesday, Exposition Area, Employment Bureau, and an EAS Souvenir on Wednesday, Nov. 20 only.
  • Full-Time Student Conferee: Must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student; please provide a copy of your valid student ID with your registration. Includes the Technical & Poster Sessions, Exposition Area, Employment Bureau, Career Development Workshops, Keynote Lecture, and an EAS Souvenir.
  • High School Student with Seminar: High school students and their teachers are required to attend a seminar for this registration category. Proper high school identification is required for students and their teachers. You are entitled to attend a seminar and the Technical & Poster Sessions, visit the Exposition Area, and receive an EAS Souvenir.
