2026 Short Course – Call for Proposals

The EAS 2026 Short Course Committee and Governing Board are soliciting proposals for EAS 2026 Short Courses, to be held Nov. 15-18, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza Conference Center in Plainsboro, NJ.

Do you have extensive experience as an analytical chemist?  Are you interested in furthering the field by educating colleagues?  The EAS Governing Board invites experienced scientists with excellent presentation skills and a desire to share their knowledge to propose a Short Course.  The Short Course Committee is actively seeking courses that provide knowledge on fundamental analytical and associated techniques, as well as seeking to add new, vibrant topics.  Our theme in 2026 is Navigate the Future of Analytical Chemistry: Intelligence and Integrity, so we would love to hear your ideas for Short Courses.  The EAS Short Course Program receives stellar reviews from attendees and provides a valuable service to both professionals and students who seek to refine or augment their scientific development.  We sincerely hope you will consider submitting a proposal!

All submitted Short Course proposals are for EAS 2026.  EAS provides an honorarium to instructor(s) for each course taught, as well as reimburses reasonable travel expenses. Interested candidates should submit their proposal using this Word template and email it to askeas@eas.org by February 20, 2026.

If you have any questions about this opportunity or the application process, please contact us at askeas@eas.org
