For 2018, data is being collected in a Google Form.

Please note the following:

Your email address is being requested to give you access to the response for later revision as may be necesssary.
The EMail address will not be displayed in the Web Listing or the EAS Program.

It is believed that the use of Google Forms will cut down significantly on the number of corrections required to be made by our support team. However, you are still encouraged to use plain text to the greatest extent possible.

Updates to the Web Listing will not be immediate. It is our intent to do weekly updates.
